Welcome to Inbox Naija. These Terms of Service govern your use of our email and marketing platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who may use the Service

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that appear compromised or violate these Terms.

• No spam, unsolicited bulk email, purchased lists, scraped addresses, or messaging people without permission.
• Only contact recipients who opted in or where you have another valid legal basis.
• No illegal, harmful, deceptive, or misleading content.
• Do not bypass sending limits, security, or suppression lists.
• Honour unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests immediately.
• Do not upload malware or interfere with the Service or other users.

Anti-spam policy
Inbox Naija is built for permission-based email and SMS. You must follow anti-spam and marketing laws that apply to you and your recipients, including, where relevant, CAN-SPAM (US), UK/EU GDPR, and Nigeria’s Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).
What we expect:
• Send only to people with clear consent or another lawful basis you can document.
• Include a clear, working unsubscribe link in every marketing email.
• Process unsubscribes immediately; never re-mail suppressed addresses without fresh, provable consent.
• Use honest From names, subject lines, and reply-to addresses.
• Include a valid physical mailing address in marketing footers when the law requires it.
• Maintain list hygiene: remove hard bounces, repeated soft bounces, and spam complaints.
• Do not use purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
What we may do:
• Monitor complaint and bounce rates to protect deliverability for all customers.
• Pause sending or request proof of consent for high-risk lists.

You retain ownership of content and lists you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have rights to use the content and contact the people on your lists.

Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans renew for the billing cycle shown at checkout unless you cancel. Prices may be in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or other currencies. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy for cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or events outside our control may cause downtime. We may change features over time and will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material reductions to paid core features.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific inbox placement or campaign results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inbox Naija is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event, except where law does not allow that limit.
